Scam or The Real Deal?

Photosharing on the Go with Flickr

Almost everyone’s a shutterbug these days -  Momail (www.momail.com) decided to takemomail20flickr20poster advantage of it. In partnership with Flickr, Momail  integrated the former to its popular mobile email service that provides photo sharing and searching with just a mobile phone. Simply fire an email message, and the subscriber may upload photos from their camera phone, seek and obtain public and private photos and receive information on recent updates from associates and family.  How cool is that??
All photos attached to the mobile via the Flickr search and download features are realtime optimized for the individual handset via Momail’s seductive MMOPE-technology. Hence, photos download quickly and save up to 99.9% of mobile bandwith.

How it works

To start off, simply enable Flickr on Momail under “On-demand” within your Momail access screen, and then it’s ready to go. This feature enables single sign-on and authentication required to enter the private Flickr pages.

- Upload pix. Attach 1-5 pictures attached to an email to flickr@momail.xx (where xx is your country domain) from your cell. Words added in “Subject” will be the title of your photo.  A short description can be fed into the message body.

- Wade through public photos. Fire off an email to flickr@momail.xx, add the search word/s in the subject field and you will receive email back with the search result and the three top matched pictures tailored for your unique cell model.

- Dig deep into private photos. Fire off an email to flickr@momail.xx, write “download + keyword(s)” in the subject field and you receive an email back with the query results and the best top matched pictures.

- Help and status. Utilizing simple keywords emailed to flickr@momail.xx the user will get rapid help and status of their Flickr account.

And the best part- Availability and price
Momail is free of charge and works on all mobiles with built-in email support. The service is available in all Nordic countries, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Montenegro, Spain, Switzerland, Poland and UK. Many more countries will be added next year.
