Can World Wide Brands Make You a Millionaire Next Month?
Okay. You’re a lazy bum, but you want to get rich. That’s a problem. You know you’d require a product or line of products to sell online to make your buck… so the usual thing to do is to search the web and try to find wholesale product suppliers. It can be a doozy and a test of patience! Why? You’ll have run across thousands of listings for suppliers. Some are legitimate, but you’ll also discover that 80% are not true wholesalers but “middle men” saying they are wholesalers. The rest are simply scams. (scumbags!)
That was the situation up till early 2000… then World Wide Brands came along. For many, its a legend in the industry of wholesale sourcing. Like GlobalSources and a host of other wholesale databasing services, Worldwide Brands claims to offer a complete product sourcing tool that is aimed at helping people find reliable sources for goods all over the world… for a price, of course. They charge you $299 to access their database of suppliers and a host of tools to setup an online business where you simply promote millions of products and get a cut. No inventory required. The only task you do is promote your site, blog or forum and wait for cheques to come in.
But you ponder if it’s worth purchasing. That what you’ll discover in this review.
What’s Good with WorldWide Brands
I did some research and discovered World Wide Brands as the oldest and largest product sourcing service. It boasts the most suppliers in it’s database and expands with new suppliers daily. The company runs with a full complement of consultants whose only job is to find and review suppliers. World Wide Brands is not a mere wholesale and drop shipping directory… they’re accreditors of companies to verify the legitimacy of all the suppliers. Rigorous background checks by WorldWide Brands uncover who sells quality goods and who are true wholesalers not mere “middle men”.
I love that that they classify each supplier as:
- Dropship Wholesalers
- Light Bulk Wholesalers
- Instant Import Buys
- Liquidation Wholesalers
- Large Volume Wholesalers
What precisely does Worldwide Brands offer with such classification? From what I dug, it provides its members with a database of over 7,000 real suppliers and 6,000,000 items, great market research tools, lifetime membership, a wide range of free ebooks and articles, 24/7 customer service, daily updates, immediate market research, money-back guarantee and free tips and guides via the company weekly radio show.
Another feature I love is the built in market research utility. It tells you whether Learn whether the products you’re searching have a good chance of selling online before you buy them. That’s key to saving you money. I’d hate spending months promoting a dead product that never funneled something back.
I thought the supplier database was worth the cost of entry, but WorldWide Brands impressed me with another ace in the form of the eBiz Education component. Through their ‘virtual classroom’ , I underwent training via webinars and truly enlightening videos that guided me through the process of selecting the right products from the right supplier(s), market research, setting my e-business store (I wanted my own online store), and advice on selling my products on eBay.
What’s Bad With WorldWideBrands?
The price is right, the services superb. I can’t really imagine of something bad with World Wide Brands other than the fact that it lists so many suppliers you can easily get caught up in “analysis paralysis”. Studying each productline may excite you so much that you spend days reading them that you neveractually start your business.
The BottomLine
WorldWide Brands is widely regarded as the Rolls Royce of the wholesale and dropshipping industry. It is by far the best product sourcing service, far surpassing even Nasdaq-listed Global Sources. I’ve found other product sourcing companies to suffer from numerous problems, like inadequacy of supplier screening, exorbitant pricing models, thin supplier databases or worse- fronts for scam companies. Not so with World Wide Brands.
If you want the bum life, earning megabucks as a drop shipper, I give World Wide Brands the nod.
