I obtained this player in Jan 2007 and enjoyed it for about three months; user-friendly and sounded silky smooth. Sadly, it never did interface properly with my computer. Helpful buds pointed out work-arounds to get music onto it.
After the three month mark, it hung. Permanently (stopped charging, wouldn’t turn on.)
Maybe it was because I upgraded to Vista? That turned out not to be it because it still didn’t work on other PCs.
I began a friendly exchange of email with Creative tech support. Well, I was friendly, but they were indifferent.
The staff gave me a return authorization and charged me $25 (plus I paid shipping) to test it in their lab. How about that? They sell you junk and you pay to unjunk it.
Someone at the lab gave up. The spaghetti code in the zen or the crappy hardware stumped the technicians so they replaced the product. I got no information about what was wrong with it.
But guess what? The replacement isn’t working either; I need to replace the USB cable (Creative products will only charge/connect with Creative’s proprietary USB cable, wall charger, or car charger. The nice surprise is that you can purchase these on line for a bulky shipping fee.

At http://www.dynakorpharmacal.com , you’ll see a lucious lady staring back at you. Above her is a headline:
Eat All You Want And Lose Weight. Automatic Caloric Restriction
Yeah right. This miracle cure to end obesity makes you feel so sick, you’d just throw out the bottle after three or four tabs. That’s the ‘automatic caloric restriction’ in action.
How sick?
Imagine feeling constipated AND having diarreah almost at the same time. Imagine a jet engine-like roar in your ears. Imagine a thick pasty feeling in the mouth with bad breath to boot.
That’s how horrible my experience was this this pile of crap.
There’s no shortcut to trim abs other than a sensible diet and exercise. I reinforced this learning as I chunked the bottle down the trash.

My advice to the folks who love automation: don’t. This is particularly true of Windows Updates option in Vista.
When automatic updates is activated, Vista takes the latest updates and patches your system without user intervention. That’s a bad thing. Why? Because more and more users are reporting how some patches and drivers destroy activation and dumps the user back to reduced functionality mode. You get only 30 minutes of internet surfing, then the PC locks you out!
Check out the KezNews newsbulletin on it.
I personally experienced this shenanigans myself. A desktop PC locked-up just the other day when a new driver was changed. Now I gotta get a new code from M$
It helps to google the KB number of the update before downloading and installing. Any bad rap? Then avoid till a better patch comes out. Just like that animated cursor patch that caused great harm!
Did anyone ever recommend this bunk of crap?
Here’s a product that promises you’ll get rich. Really rich.
The secret?
All you have to do is promote the book itself aggressively and earn commissions from its sale.
How cool is that?
(The author conveniently forgot to mention that he gets rich while you keep promoting his book)
The product sucks so much that I just can’t give you the link to AutoProfit Pilot.

Subject: ReviewMy well-documented consumer comment is as follows about the Aria Technology Limited (Aria PC Technology), an online wholesale & retail trader which forcasts a turnover of £24/$36 million:-
GOODS – DESCRIPTION – QUALITY: Firewire card’s picture didn’t show, description didn’t say, I asked if had an internal socket, it assured that it had –it didn’t. Ram didn’t work; told, it said that I bought cheap ram which didn’t always work on all motherboards that they were supposed to, and that I needed ‘better quality’ -costing more. Motherboard was described by it as 4gb ram & ok for 3200mhz –manual said 3.5gb max., 2gb max. if 3200mhz (told, changed its description to 3gb!!!).
