I spend almost 2 hours a day on www.instructables.com. Truly fascinating site I tell you. It’s a virtual show and tell on the queerest gadgetry that you simply must own. The only catch is: you gotta build it yourself from helpful plans posted on the site.

I’ve already built over 6 cool gadgets since the past weeks, like a stun gun, LED lamp starfield and even an insect torture chamber (no kidding!) Those who have a tech streak and itch to solder and weld, you must visit it.

But this post isn’t about instructables.com. I wrote it to give praise to kipkay which is a similar site, except that it’s full of How-To videos. Sort of like Instructables but only on video.
