I’ve tried em all. Slimming pills like hydroxycut, xenadrine and xenical. Then there are those slimming wraps that freeze your arse off. Oh, and the excruciating the ab rollers and abflex from Home TV shopping. (All those did was tear my back). These mostly failed to live up to the hype.
Top of my head, the only 4 things that really helped me shed the pounds over the months included:
1) a gym membership and good diet
2) RF treatment (the usage of radio frequencies that zap fat and melt it)
3) water diet. drink 8 glasses a day
4) Sesame seeds or sesame tablets. These prevent you from absorbing fat and storing it.
Try it folks. Ive officially reached my desired weight level with just these. Now I can gorge!!
